Episode Notes

One of the facts about me that often surprises others is my journey to the US. I might somehow give off the vibe that I always know what I'm doing, but unlike what most people assume, I really struggled with school and had no clue what I wanted when I was in Vietnam 🥲 The decision to come to the US and study abroad was one of those that I made in the blink of an eye without knowing what would come next, not even thinking about whether I would like it or want to stay here long term 😬

Adversity is something I've been used to since my early years, but learning to embrace it and constantly turning it into opportunity is probably one of the most enjoyable mental exercises and surprisingly fulfilling experiences in my journey ✨

I hope that my sharing is helpful for you to reflect on the potential of creating opportunities from your own challenges. Good luck! 🍀
