[Heart-to-Heart] Is life still worth living?

It’s been a while since we last shared a Heart-to-Heart, the support we’ve received from our Vietnamese community has been astounding!

In this Heart-to-Heart episode, we want to continue our conversation about the importance of mental health, a topic often stigmatized in Vietnamese society. If you ever feel stuck in a situation and cannot find a solution, it’s important to keep your head strong to see the way out. With increasing suicide rates in Vietnam, it becomes more and more important to put a spotlight on mental health care. Our CQO Zip Nguyen will share her own thoughts and reflections of her own experience in this episode, so tune in!
